Refund Policy

All purchases made through LESTER-MLO SCRIPTS are final and non-refundable.

  • Lack of technical knowledge or inability to install/configure the script
  • Server, hosting, or performance-related issues not directly caused by our product

Chargebacks and payment disputes are strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent blacklist from LESTER-MLO SCRIPTS
  • Revocation of all purchased licenses and access
  • Possible legal action

By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree to waive any right to refunds, disputes, or reversals.

Product Support and Warranty

LESTER-MLO SCRIPTS guarantees that all products are delivered as described and are functional under supported environments.

To receive support, you must provide:

  • Detailed issue description
  • Error logs
  • Screenshots or video evidence
  • Relevant server/framework information

Support is strictly limited to issues directly caused by the script.

We do not provide support for:

  • Conflicts with third-party scripts or external resources
  • Incorrect server setup or missing dependencies
  • Misconfiguration or improper installation
  • Hosting, performance, or infrastructure issues

If a verified issue is confirmed, we will provide a fix, patch, or update within a reasonable timeframe.

Support does not include:

  • Custom feature development
  • Script modifications
  • Full server configuration or management

License and Usage Rights

All products sold by LESTER-MLO SCRIPTS are licensed, not sold.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for use on your server.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Redistribution, resale, sharing, or leaking of any product
  • Decompiling, reverse engineering, or unauthorized modification
  • Claiming ownership or rebranding of the product

Violation of these terms will result in:

  • Immediate license termination
